Shipping and Other Stuff

Your Backroom Gear isn’t bulk shipped across the world first.
Each piece is printed close to you and sent out once it’s ready.

Making your order usually takes a few days, then it heads straight your way with tracking.

Most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks total (often quicker depending on location).

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No surprises here.
The price you pay at checkout is the final price — you won’t get a random bill at the door.

Where does my order ship from?

From the nearest print location to you.
We send your order from the closest place possible so it travels less and arrives sooner.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

If your order seems late

First check the tracking — it normally explains everything.

If it looks stuck or wrong, message us and we’ll chase it up for you.
You don’t need to call the post office or knock on neighbours’ doors — that’s our job.

Address mistakes

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
If it has already shipped, we’ll help organise a replacement.

Damaged or incorrect item

If something arrives faulty or not right, send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

How your gear is made

Your item is printed when you order it — not sitting pre-made in storage — which is why sizing stays available and waste stays low.
