We don’t bulk ship clothing across the world. Your Backroom Gear is printed as close to you as possible and sent straight out once it’s ready. Making the shirt usually takes a few days, then it heads your way with full tracking so you can follow it the whole trip.

Most customers receive their order in about 2–3 weeks, sometimes quicker depending on location.

Shipping is always free and there are no surprise customs charges — what you pay at checkout is the final price.

We care about both quality and the planet. Our shirts are printed using Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, and biodegradable inks, ensuring they’re safe for your skin and environmentally friendly. Many of our garments are made from organic or recycled materials, supporting sustainable fashion choices. By producing each item on demand, we also help reduce waste overproduction—so you can wear your pride, knowing your shirt is as mindful as it is meaningful.

Yes! Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. We use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers whenever possible—these are made from recycled materials and are recyclable themselves. For some regions like Australia, we even use compostable mailers. This approach means your Pride shirt arrives both discreetly and with a lower environmental impact.

Pride is for everyone, so our collection features a fully inclusive size range from XS to 5XL. Whether you prefer a fitted look or something oversized and relaxed, there’s a style and size for you. We believe self-expression should never be limited by sizing, so everyone can find their perfect fit and wear their pride confidently.

If your Pride shirt isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help organise an exchange or refund. As long as it’s unworn and in original condition, we’ll make sure you end up with a size you’ll actually wear.
