Because every Backroom Gear item is made especially for you after you order, we begin processing orders quickly. If you've made a mistake or need to change something, contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to help, but once production has started we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Our blank garments are sourced from trusted manufacturers around the world. Printing and fulfilment take place at one of our production partners located closest to you whenever possible, helping reduce delivery times while maintaining consistent print quality.

Our garments are printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. With proper care, your print will remain vibrant for years. We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat in the dryer to maximise their lifespan.

Colours can appear differently depending on your screen or device settings. Because every item is individually printed, there may also be slight variations in print placement or colour compared with the product photos. These small differences are a normal part of the production process.

To keep your tee, tank or crop top looking its best, we recommend:

Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.

Use mild detergent and avoid bleach where possible.

Skip fabric softeners and dry cleaning.

Tumble dry on low, or hang dry for the longest life.

If ironing, turn the garment inside out and never iron directly over the printed design.
