We want you to love your gear — not just like it.

If something turns up faulty, wrong, or not as described, we’ll fix it.
Replacement or refund, whichever makes sense. No arguing, no hoops.

Changed your mind? That’s fine too.
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return it unworn and we’ll organise an exchange or refund.

Because honestly — if it’s not right, it’s not right.

How refunds work

Most of the time we’ll try fix the issue first (a replacement is usually quickest), but if a refund makes more sense, we’ll process it once the item is on its way back.

Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can get things moving.
